Maintenance Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete Work Orders in a timely manner using your
developed prioritization skills
• Perform room maintenance on a rotational basis to ensure
standards are met
• Perform pool maintenance as required
• Participate in the health and safety committee to ensure all
work areas are free of hazards
• General knowledge of sewer and electrical systems and
troubleshooting techniques
• Applicant must be versed in HVAC and troubleshooting
techniques
• Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL ASPECTS OF POSITION (include but are not limited to)

• Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 75 lbs
• Frequent ascending or descending ladders,
stairs, and ramps

QUALIFICATIONS

• Building Maintenance experience
• Basics of carpentry, electrics, plumbing an asset
• Hotel experience preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment
