As if having the opportunity to enjoy the Devour! Osoyoos festivities were not enough, now you have the chance to actually participate!
Devour! The Food Film Festival is a showcase of the incredible bounty and unique culture of the South Okanagan. This year’s event is fast approaching, the curtain rises on June 15th!
At Watermark, we’re getting ready to host a weekend of incredible food, drinks, and movies that will make anyone’s mouth water!
Participating chefs from across the province (and beyond!), talented wine and cider makers from the Similkameen Independent Winegrower’s collective, and food-focused filmmakers from around the globe will come together for this highly-anticipated weekend.
Be a part of it all by entering your own story in the TOTA Short Film Fest at Devour!
Thompson Okanagan Tourism (TOTA) is proud to present the Short Film Contest.
Create a visual love letter to the amazing Okanagan and Similkameen! Spread the word about the world-class gastronomy to be found, here. Help the audience explore the wonders of our little corner of the world, and you can win a South Okanagan getaway of your own.

Here’s what you need to know:
- Videos should not exceed 3 minutes.
- Entries don’t need to be professional! Quick raw footage is encouraged, but more elaborate edits are great too.
- Feature unique and interesting food, drink and agricultural related experiences from around the Okanagan.

Facebook, to ensure videos are visible to contest judges and the public submissions must

Contest opens Friday, May 18 and closes 11:59pm, Thursday, June 7, 2018. Three finalists will be selected by a panel of judges based on creativity, regional relevance and authenticity. The finalist videos will be played before the Devour! Osoyoos Gala on Saturday, June 16th. The grand prize winner will be named at the Gala, and will win a three night stay at the Watermark Resort for four.
