Devour! is a showcase for gastronomy on film. Each year, the thoughtfully-curated movie lineup captivates viewers.

Exotic cultures and cuisines! Sumptuous feasts! Food history! Culinary innovation! These are fascinating stories that we might not be able to see anywhere else.

The Devour! films are sensual delights onscreen that leave our mouths watering.

We still have a couple of hungry months until the next Devour! Osoyoos festival, so to make the time go faster, we at Watermark have come up with a plan:

At Watermark, we’re committed to creating fresh, local cuisine (here in the Okanagan, we have some pretty incredible produce!). We encourage you to use local ingredients whenever possible in these recipes. We promise it will taste amazing!
