Support the Osoyoos Festival Society’s Firework Display
The annual Canada Day fireworks in Osoyoos are a cherished tradition, brought to life each year through community generosity and local partnerships. The Osoyoos Festival Society leads the charge, organizing fundraising initiatives and rallying support to ensure the skies over Osoyoos light up on July 1. With strong backing from sponsors and the community, the celebration continues to grow, bringing friends, families and visitors together for a memorable evening.
The Fireworks Fundraiser Is Osoyoos’ Canada Day Warm-up Party
To help cover the cost of the fireworks display and support a full day of Canada Day festivities at Gyro Beach Park, the Osoyoos Festival Society hosts an annual fundraiser. Known as the Canada Day Warm-up Party, the 2025 event was held at Watermark Beach Resort on Friday, June 13. It brought together locals, visitors and businesses for an evening of entertainment, raffles, auctions and community spirit.
Supporting the Osoyoos Festival Society is one way Watermark can give back to the community that makes Osoyoos so special.
Proceeds from the fundraiser support the Osoyoos Festival Society, helping fund Canada Day fireworks and festivities while keeping a cherished local tradition alive. Thanks to the continued generosity of local sponsors and enthusiastic attendees, this annual event remains a key part of celebrating summer in Osoyoos.
