Watermark Joins The Foodie Fray for Thompson-Okanagan Wine & Dine

 

In just a few days, the 13th annual Thompson-Okanagan Wine & Dine will return and the Wine & Tapas Bar at Watermark Beach Resort is excited to join the foodie fray once again.

 

The Thompson-Okanagan Wine & Dine event is a favourite annual tradition for restaurants and foodies alike. From January 23rd to February 11th, patrons can enjoy a 3-course menu for $15, $25, or $35, paired with BC VQA wines. With a fixed menu price and dishes that are perfectly paired with your wine options, Wine & Dine is the perfect opportunity to experience new dishes and new dining venues, with over 55 participating restaurants.

At Watermark Beach Resort, our very own Chef Adair has once again outdone himself with 3-course, tapas-style dinner menu options at the $25 and $35 dollar price points. As always, Chef Adair sources food ingredients from local organic farms whenever possible, helping to grow the Okanagan’s food to table movement. For Wine & Dine, we have carefully selected local wines that are designed to complement our tapas-style sharing dishes. Of course, we always have a great selection of other local beverages, including beer, cider, spirits and cocktails, if you would prefer to pair something a little different with your Wine & Dine dinner.
