The signature event is part of the Okanagan Spring Wine Festivals and it’s a popular excursion for locals and tourists alike.
This fun and casual celebration is the perfect chance to sip the latest releases and fan favourites from 36 Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country wineries. Of course, wine always tastes better with a bite to eat, so eight restaurants will be on hand to show off their pig roasting skills while you take in the sounds of local musicians and entertainment in the afternoon.
The theme of this year’s Pig Out! event is “If Pigs Could Swim”. This means that the chefs representing 8 area restaurants will be challenged to create something delicious with pork and things from the water.
