Comprised of over two dozen South Okanagan artists, the
Okanagan Art Gallery features a diverse art collection. The artists express themselves through a range of art forms, while drawing inspiration from the natural beauty of the Okanagan region. Acrylic, oil and watercolour paintings each created in a distinct style will mesmerise you. Membership in the gallery is restricted to residents of the South Okanagan / Boundary / Similkameen area and curated to ensure a high standard of work. A personal touch in the gallery is the self-portrait of each artist done in their district style.
This popular art gallery is affectionately called the Hidden Door Gallery as its doorway is slightly set back from the street. However, people who visit the gallery are always amazed at the space. Despite its unassuming entrance, the gallery boasts a spacious 2100 sq ft interior with multiple rooms to explore. Run by a different artist daily, visitors have the opportunity to engage with artists and gain deeper insights into the diverse Osoyoos art collection.
