August 5th is Food Day Canada. Watermark is proud to once again be a part of this exciting national celebration! 250 restaurants across the country will participate in celebrating Canada’s unique culinary achievements. Chef Scott has developed a delectable menu that is true to the Okanagan, sourced from the talented and hardworking local growers, farmers and producers.

Summerdine: August 16th
On August 16th, take a seat at our table, as we join in Les Dames Summerdine. Taking place concurrently in more than 30 different locales, this province-wide dinner party raises money for scholarships and community initiatives supported by the BC chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier.
Just as Les Dames helps to foster excellence in the BC culinary community, the award-winning 15 Park Bistro is a leader in dining (excellence). We know the Okanagan is a culinary gem, and we want to make sure everyone else knows it, too.
