Chef Adair Brings Watermark’s Okanagan Dining Experience to Granville Island

Watermark Beach Resort is teaming up with Edible Canada to bring Chef Adair to Vancouver for a very special dining experience.

On April 15th, Chef Adair will take over the Edible Canada demo kitchen in the heart of Granville Island to whip up a delectable, 4-course dinner before your very eyes. The dinner will feature some of our favourite Okanagan farm-to-table producers and each course will be paired with a tasty wine from Covert Farms Family Estate.

Chef Adair Scott is a champion of slow food, local ingredients, and the farm-to-table movement. As a BC native who launched his training and career in the Okanagan, Watermark Beach Resort’s Chef Adair is the perfect fit to host this Guest Chef Market Dinner at Edible Canada. Once again, Chef Adair has outdone himself with a spectacular menu that will thrill guests and leave them craving a foodie getaway at our Osoyoos resort this summer.

Derek Uhlemann from Covert Farms Family Estate will also be making the journey from the South Okanagan to Vancouver, and is bringing some fantastic wines to pair with Ched Adair’s meals. The Covert family has been operating their farm since 1959 and they have grown to become a respected Canadian, organic wine producer. For this special Edible Canada dinner, Derek will be pouring six wines of all different varietals, some of which haven’t been released yet!

This is an evening like no other, with an opportunity to enjoy an exquisite Watermark dining experience in an intimate environment. Plus, Edible Canada will email you a copy of the evening’s recipes and the wine pairings from the night, so foodie’s don’t need to frantically jot down the details! Only 26 seats are available for this decadent evening of Okanagan farm to table goodness, and at $80 per ticket, the seats are sure to fill up fast!
