Build Your Own Holiday Buffet
Served in: A private event space at the resort
Best for: Team parties, year-end celebrations and larger family gatherings
Your party, your spread. Pick your favourites from salads, seasonal vegetables, hearty sides, mains and desserts to create a buffet that suits your crowd, from slow-roasted ham and turkey confit with sage stuffing to pumpkin pie and crème brûlée. Priced per person, with freshly baked bread rolls included.
The Three-Course Holiday Menu
Served in: 15 Park or a private event space
Best for: Smaller groups, client dinners and family get-togethers
Three festive courses for $47 per person: honey-roasted carrots with whipped feta, heritage turkey stuffed with apricot and herbs, and warm bread pudding to finish. Gather at 15 Park for lakeside dining with a holiday glow, or book a private space when you'd rather have the room to yourselves.
Prices do not include taxes and gratuity.
