Held at the stunning Nk’Mip Cellars, named 2016-17 Canadian Winery of the Year at the InterVin International Wine Awards, and North America’s first Aboriginal owned and operated winery, this multi-course dinner will include leading chefs celebrating the rich culture and heritage of Indigenous peoples. Chief Clarence Louie of the Osoyoos Indian Band will welcome guests to this dinner featuring the creations of Enoch Cree Chef Shane Chartrand (River Cree Resort Edmonton), Chef Matthias Fong (River Café, Calgary) and Nk’Mip Winery Chef Orlin Godfrey. Paired with BC VQA wines, this four-course dinner representing the elements Earth, Water, Fire and Air will be a night to remember.
