Total Body TRX
A full body toning class on the TRX. Start with a short warm up, then use the TRX equipment to tone from head to toe. Modifications can be made, all levels welcome.
Spin & Strength
30-40min indoor cycling class with drills to work cardio and muscle strength. Ride is for all levels adn work at your own pace. Followed by 20 -30 min weights and bands to increase lean muscle and bone density.
Spin & Abs
Cardio blast of spinning for 45 minutes- great for all levels. Spinning is a great cardio workout of drills followed by recovery. Followed by a series of abs, and CORE!

Step & Sculpt
Step is BACK!!! Join us for an hour of fun, cardio and toning. Step cardio with weights and toning for all levels.
A 30 min mat pilates class, a 30 min flow yoga class. A perfect blend of core strength and stretching. Using bands, balls and props to support, stretch and work your muscles. All levels welcome!
Level 1-2 Join us by the beautiful lake, on the cool grass with the sun rising over the mountains. This YOGA class is for all levels with balance poses, core poses, stretching and relaxation and stillness. Meet at the studio to grab your mat, then meet at the grass in front of the pool at Watermark. If the weather turns we will do the class in the studio.
A core class for all levels combing yoga flow and pilates core. Using bands, balls and rings, and the mat to increase flexibility, mobility and strength.
Gentle pilates in the sunshine and pool. Using noodles and bands to stretch, strengthen core, and use water resistance to work the body. All levels welcome. Please bring your own noodle.
30 minutes of SUP paddling and strength exercises. Followed by 30min of yoga on the grass. Enjoy the view the water and the SUNSHINE:)

Kelsi Bissonnette, Wellness Coordinator
Kelsi radiates warmth, generosity, health and inner calm. She is the best type of coach: one whose career and personal interests are fueled by a desire to help others transform their lives. Recently appointed Watermark Beach Resort’s health and wellness coordinator, Kelsi aims to share her belief in wellness as a holistic lifestyle choice that incorporates body, mind and soul.
A seasoned fitness professional, Kelsi’s numerous certifications and extensive coaching background demonstrate her lifelong commitment to teaching the art of healthy living. She has led Pilates and group workout classes for more than two decades, and for five years owned and operated Breathe Studio in Osoyoos; in recognition of the latter’s success and popularity, the South Okanagan Chamber of Commerce named her “Commerce Entrepreneur of the Year” in 2013. Kelsi attributes her achievements to one simple motivator: the desire to empower her clients to be strong, at peace, and capable of healing themselves.
In her current role, Kelsi offers guests of Waterfront Beach Resort an array of yoga, Pilates and other fitness classes. She also organizes wellness workshops, seminars and retreats for large groups and corporate clients. Never one to shy away from ambitious goals, Kelsi’s overarching goal is to distinguish the resort, and the town of Osoyoos, as a leading wellness destination. When she’s not toning, flexing and bending, Kelsi spends time curling with her daughter and cheering on her son at his hockey games.
