Food, wine, and the gorgeous mountainside – what’s not to love at Whistler’s Cornucopia event, running from November 6th – 16th? The answer is not much. In fact, fans of Watermark Beach Resort will be thrilled to learn that Chef Adair has been invited to take part in Friday’s Osoyoos Wine Dinner at Quattro Whistler!
The evening’s culinary event showcases three talented chefs from our little corner of the the South Okanagan, a place that is known for its incredible wineries and delectable, fresh, local food. After all, great wine isn’t truly experienced without great food to match!
The Quattro Dinner will feature a four-course dinner designed by four executive chefs:
- Jeremie Trottier of Quattro Whistler
- Justin Paakkunainen of Walnut Beach Resort
- Benedict Genaille of Spirit Ridge Vineyard Resort & Spa
- And of course, our own Chef Adair Scott of Watermark Beach Resort
Each course is prepared by a single chef and paired with wines from a participating South Okanagan winery.
- Stoneboat Vineyards
- Young & Wyse Collection
- Moon Curser Vineyards
- LaStella Winery
