On April 15th, Chef Adair will take over the Edible Canada demo kitchen in the heart of Granville Island to whip up a delectable, 4-course dinner before your very eyes. The dinner will feature some of our favourite Okanagan farm-to-table producers and each course will be paired with a tasty wine from Covert Farms Family Estate.
