Watermark Beach Resort has been independently certified by Pets Can Stay. We have exceeded their strict criteria for certification by providing exceptional pet amenities and services. By choosing Watermark Beach Resort, you are choosing to stay at a resort which has distinguished itself as a member of a unique group of accommodation providers who cater to the travel experience of the pet-toting traveler.

Through the certification process we were rated on the following criteria;

Equal Service Not only are we are pleased to accepts pets, we welcome pet-toting travelers with the same level of service and hospitality as would be offered to guests without pets.

No Arbitrary Pet Fees An additional pet guest fee of $20 per night is charged when your pet travels with you. This additional fee directly reflects the costs to thoroughly clean the suite upon your departure to allow a fresh new suite for our next canine guest. We do not believe in charging a financial penalty for simply bringing an animal to stay.

Acceptable Accommodation and Non-Smoking Options Our Pet Friendly rooms are not a substandard product and are in the same condition as our non pet friendly suites. Nothing but the best for your best friends!

Fair Kenneling Policies We want our pet guests to have the same experience as our human guests. While we request that pets are kenneled when left alone in the room, Pets are allowed outside of their kennel to roam the suite while in the presence of their owners.

Safe Environment Our common areas and public spaces were designed, furnished, and monitored with the safety of your pet in mind, they are free of objects or substances that present a danger to pets (e.g. easily accessible chocolate, nuts, cleaners, etc.).

Pet Policies Available Upon Request Upon arrival at Watermark Beach Resort your pet will be welcomed and pet policies will be provided upon checkin. This ensures there are no surprises during your stay.

Food/Water Bowls Food and Water Bowls will be in the room and waiting for your arrival.

Licensed Accommodation Provider The establishment is licensed and accredited, in the region in which it operates, to provide travel accommodations.
