Come see the biggest little European Railroad in Canada. 3500 square feet of family fun with more than 1200 houses and over 9000 hand painted little people. The Osoyoos Desert Model Railroad is Canada's largest Marklin lay-out, with more than 20 computer controlled trains running through very detailed landscaping with European style towns and houses. Come step into a miniature fantasy world!
As something completely different we now have a car system running on some roads and we are the only public display in North America with that feature. So come check it out - it is like magic!
If you would like a unique, air-conditioned stopover on your trip through Osoyoos, drop by the railroad and have a look. Caution: Train Buffs have been known to become slightly mesmerized by the volume of exquisite detail available to be seen!

The Osoyoos Museum was established in 1963 to tell the general story of the Osoyoos area from its geological formation to the present day and, more specifically, to cover the non-native settlement of the area. The main goal of the museum is to portray aspects of everyday life in the past and present of people in the Osoyoos area, which also includes Richter, Kruger, Kobau and Anarchist mountains.
