A bicycle race like no other… The official website for The Intrepid says it best – “The “Intrepid” is like nothing you’ve ever seen or done (unless, of course, you’re a former professional bicycle racer from the 1920s).”
Stage #2 of the unique bicycle event ended at Watermark Beach Resort this past fall and we hosted a dinner to celebrate with the cyclists, who also enjoyed a well-deserved relaxing night at our Osoyoos resort. The organizers of The Intrepid work hard to ensure the route guides riders through some of best that the Okanagan has to offer, including breathtaking scenery and delicious food. With this in mind, Watermark Beach Resort is a natural fit for The Intrepid and we were thrilled to be included in the event.

On the Stage #2 ride from Kelowna to our resort here in Osoyoos, some deer came out to check out the action, while riders enjoyed stunning vistas as well as beautiful pit stops.
This year, The Intrepid will run from September 25th through to September 27th and we are thrilled to once again be a part of the incredible experience for the cyclists. If you love cycling and you can manage cycling over hills on a course between 12-170 km, this is an experience that you will not want to miss. The event starts at the Ramada Inn & Suites in Penticton and cyclists will wind their way through scenic South Okanagan roads, surrounded by mountains, lakes, and vineyards on one of the most spectacular cycling adventures of your life.

Registration Fees
Special early bird pricing is available until February 2nd and the basic registration fee includes your accommodation on Friday and Saturday night (September 25th and 26th, 2015).
